Day of Giving:

You are providing critical funding needed to ensure we continue to provide a quality, mission-driven education. Fundraising efforts for the Day of Giving will support students and teachers in providing a full liberal arts education all encompassed by a rich curriculum grounded in faith formation. The Annual Campaign is the cornerstone of all giving and supports the ongoing day-to-day operational expenses of the school. At St. Columba, tuition and fees only cover about 50% of the budget costs. The rest is made up through parish support and fundraising. The total cost to educate a child is $9,475, which leaves a funding gap of $5,000 per student.

Your participation in the Annual Campaign demonstrates your commitment to St. Columba and the future of our students, and we are asking all members - parents/guardians, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends– to help honor and advance the mission of our School and our legacy for tomorrow. Each gift, regardless of size, makes an enormous impact in reaching our goals. While the total amount raised is critical, so too is the level of participation. As always, our goal is to reach 100% participation from the parent body and the greater school and parish community. All funds raised during the Annual Campaign are tax deductible and go directly to St. Columba School to be used during the current fiscal year.

In-Kind Gifts

Matching Gifts

Many companies and/or foundations will match the value of a charitable gift made by employees, spouses, board members, and retirees. Please check with your employer for more information and necessary forms needed to match your donation to BFC.

Bequests/Life Insurance

Requests can be made through your will and may include a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate. You also can name St. Columba School as the beneficiary to either all or a portion of an insurance policy.

Online Giving

This is a quick and convenient way to show your support for the students at St. Columba Catholic School. Consider donating towards our Annual Fund, our Adopt a Student, or you may also specify where you would like your funding to be allocated. Grants/Scholarships

Several grant and scholarship programs are designed to help children attend St. Columba that might not have otherwise have the resources to do so. Contributions can be made to the Adopt a Student Fund or you can allocate how you would like your donation to be utilized. 

Fundraising Events 

​St. Columba hosts a select number of fundraisers each year to help bridge the gap between tuition and actual cost of a student's education. 

Every child will be given the opportunity to receive a St. Columba education.  No child will be turned away because of financial needs, and in turn, every family has the obligation to support the needs of St. Columba to the best of their ability. Our fundraisers are a fun and uniting aspect of our loving school family.
